Lex Ruygrok, J.D., C.P.A. Lex has over 20 years experience as an attorney specializing in real estate and taxation. He was a tax manager for a national accounting firm and served as the Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel of the Fountainhead Title Group for 10 years before joining Bridgeview Title as General Counsel in 2004. Lex also specializes in handling Section 1031 Exchanges. He can perform all the necessary duties of the “Qualified Intermediary” in the 1031 exchange process including creating the exchange of properties, holding the 1031 exchange proceeds and preparing the legal documents.
